Exciting Market Update 2nd June 2009

It’s getting better every day!!! The market sits at a 3.7 months of supply as of the end of May. We have not had this low a count on Active listing for over two years. Every area of town has dropped it’s months of supply from the 15th when we last did the graphs. Pending sales are down 6% from the 15th of May, and Sold is up 1257 units and 1%. 94% of the sales are under $400,000.  Click here to see graph.
